Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your order. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to My Natural Butter after contacting mnbselfcare@yahoo.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. Once My Natural Butter inspects and determines that the damage is eligible for a replacement, we will ship you a replacement free of charge without any shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen packages
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, My Natural Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.
Refused Shipment / Undeliverable Package
My Natural Butter must charge for the delivery costs incurred by your decision if you reject a shipment upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error. Even if your order was originally shipped to you through FREE shipping, this policy applies.
